# List team members

> List active workspace members to resolve assignments and mentions. Use `nextCursor` to continue beyond the first page.

Read access: a read-enabled personal or team REST API key, or a signed-in user. OAuth clients use the corresponding MCP tool through /mcp.

List active workspace members to resolve assignments and mentions. Use `nextCursor` to continue beyond the first page.

Requires workspace-wide read access. A changed directory returns 409 `member_list_changed`; restart without a cursor. Disabled members are not returned.

MCP clients can use [`list_members`](https://www.mill.fyi/mcp-reference/list_members) for this operation.
