get_attachment_config

Check whether optional private image/PDF attachments are enabled, and read accepted file types and size limit.

Access and behavior

A Read-only, Write or Administrator OAuth grant can call this tool within the user’s current team role. Tools are listed and callable only when the current grant and role permit them. Storage is optional. When disabled, this operation still returns configuration with enabled:false; other attachment operations are unavailable.
